What is your rOLE ON STAFF?
I job-share with Amy Thiessen, and we take care of New Life’s clerical needs.

How long have you been working at New Life?
I started working in New Life in February 2011 as maternity relief.

What other experiences have you had in life that help make you amazing at what you do?
I grew up in a church as a Pastor’s daughter, worked in administrative settings in churches and the Christian School, and I can make an awesome pot of coffee.

What is your favourite part of the job?
Well, the coffee is probably the number one favourite and then it’s the people I get to serve it to.

Who are your immediate family members?
Armand, my husband; Alyssa (21), Chantal (19), James (18), Katrina (15), and a dog, a horse, and a bunch of cats.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to cook, play piano, knit, do crossword puzzles, play Scrabble online with Beckie, go shopping, and watch movies.

What is one thing about you that most people don’t know.
I was a bouncer in a teen disco in Vancouver for a year, before I came to Abbotsford.
